All staging services are pre-paid. For customer convenience and security, Laguna Staging only accepts credit card payment (via any major credit card), with payment made securely online.

Special Rate for active listings only & subject to change without notice.. Discounts can not be combined. Minimums apply. Rental charges apply after 6 months. Home sell guarantee offers 50% refund of initial charges if home doesn’t have an offer after six months of active MLS listing, upon close of contract only valid on listings $ 2,000,000 and below; monthly rental fees after 6 months based on 10% of initial charge, still apply. Data is determined by MLS data and title company reports regarding square footage, listing periods and other points covered by service contract with Laguna Staging. Refer to ACTUAL CONTRACT for full details. **4 out of 10 recent staging projects have an offer (and/or have gone under contract), within 14 days of the booking of the staging contract, using MLS data from March 2016, not all offers result in a contract and not all contracts result in a successful sale and past performance can not be relied upon for future results. Some offers are prior to the start of, or completion of staging services.
Our Master Service Agreement requires unrestricted access to the home before, during and after staging, until our assets have been retrieved, and a 20-day advance notice of any pick-up request, with a minimum 10-day window within which staging assets can be retrieved. If there are less than these minimums, additional fees shall apply.
We may utilize storage containers for some projects. These are generally 10' w x 20' d x 10' h and require a lift truck access for placement. These pods are typically placed in the driveway of the home and are removed within 1-3 days after unloading & reloading (during de-staging).
Our team will work hard to protect the home during the process of staging and de-staging, however, we are not responsible for any unintentional damage to the home during our process. Note, that wall requires nails, fasteners or screws and we do not remove or patch these during un-install. If this is a concern, we can refer you to a handyman service for repair and patching if desired. Please keep in mind that staging is not a cleaning service. We recommend professional house cleaning before & after we stage it. If you desire a referral to a house cleaning service, please let us know.
Not every room will be staged under this flat-rate, per sq ft promotion. Junior bedrooms, bathrooms, storage, outdoor spaces, garage and other areas may not be staged under promotional rate, subject to Laguna Staging designer’s discretion. Some images are stock and no images can represent expectations for every project. Past performance is not a guarantee of future success. Laguna Staging can not be held responsible for typographical errors, claims or photos used for illustrative purposes only.
