Layouts, placement, use & positioning of selected assets will be solely determined by designer assigned to the project by staging company, and subject to their final determination of same.  Use of cube/pod requires unrestricted access to off street semi-level parking area able to easily accommodate the placement and temporary storage of a pod measuring 10’ wide x 10’ tall x 20’ long, plus the swing of the main door and ease of access to load items into home. In most cases the same type, placement and size pod will be used when assets are retrieved. Descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.
